Description

So I took a small break from revising the episode I'm working on and I painted this. Last year they released 4th edition Dungeons and Dragons and out of nostalgia's sake I picked up the players handbook. They have this new race of characters (since I've played way back in the day of 1st edition) called the Dragonborn. I thought that might be fun to play if I ever got a chance to play again. (yes I know I'm a geek to the 21st level) And thus you have this, a WIP of my character. And for the uber nerdy, I know Dragonborn rarely come in Chromatic dragon colors and have tentacle dreadlock doohickies of the back of their heads, but damn it it's mine. So :P

I've chosen to believe nurture can overcome nature when it comes to my blue dragonborn paladin. I also think most of the halfdragon art has been more interesting than the rasta horned lizard look of the WoTC design. Tentacles in moderation, I say! I've ninjad your dragonborn art for my roll20 game until I can finish my own variation. Let me know if you'd be interested in making some tokens :D Great work Michael!
